Tefa is an Egyptian independent visual artist, active on the local and international scene since 2010. He started with street art and graffiti in Cairo, Alexandria and Upper Egypt along with collaborations with local artists in Lebanon, Tunisia and Qatar. His works were displayed in an exhibit in UC Berkley's Multicultural Center. Tefa started performing as a VJ since 2013 with Egyptian independent hiphop artist Aly Talibab, bands like El Manzouma, Al Dor Al Awal, Shereen Amr, Darwasha, Abdallah El Meniawy, the Free Voices Project (France), Malafat, Maryam Saleh and Leil We Ein. In 2014 he performed in Ofoky festival in Alexandria and Downtown Contemperary Art Festival in Cairo. Since 2015 Tefa is performing as a VJ within the Cairo Shakers collective.
